How long does it stay warm?
Unlike heat packs and regular hot water bottle covers, HugSquad Koala features double-layer, high-quality insulation. This provides hours of comforting warmth at the perfect temperature. no fluctuation from furnace hot to tepid warm.
Additionally, with wearable arms locking it in place, heat is efficiently trapped between the HugSquad Koala and your body, meaning it retains its heat far longer than conventional hot water bottles, which move about and loses trapped heat.
Does it come with a bottle?
Yes All HugSquads come with a British Standard safety grade 500ml hot water bottle.
What if it doesn't fit?
The HugSquad Koala fits waist circumferences 70cm-95cm.

Are they safe?
Absolutely! The HugSquads' design undergoes rigorous testing to ensure user safety. Our hot water bottles adhere to British standard grade, setting us apart from many inexpensive alternatives that compromise on safety by using cheap bottles to reduce costs – a practice that poses significant dangers.
How do you wash it?
• Dab clean with a wet cloth on stains and spills.
• Wash at 30°C max in the washing machine. On gentle wash/permanent press. Use very mild detergent.
• Do not: iron, bleach, tumble dry, Mix with other colours or dry clean.
